We had five Harriers on show at the Vale of York 10mile race this weekend. Vale of York 10mile race and the Half Marathon are flat and fast so perfect for good times and our athletes certainly took advantage. Simon Daniels took 6 minutes of his previous best, wife Maria a massive 16, Danielle Clark nearly 4 minutes and Julie Richardson 17 minutes. Amongst all of those, Stephen Gardner took 28 seconds of his previous best so full house!
