Paul Cook was one of the Harriers in action at this years London Marathon.
Paul, with only one marathon to his name, aimed to beat his previous best of 3hrs 07 and dip under the 3 hour mark.
This was never in doubt as the 3 hour mark was smashed crossing the line in 2:55:29.
Linda Noble was next crossing the line in 3:14:12 ahead of Val Clarke, whose 3:50:03 earned her 32nd place in her age category, quite fantastic.
Emma Morley was our final Harrier, just missing out on a sub 4hr run by 50 seconds. Fantastic runs by all four of our runners.
