On Sunday 30th April, Middlesbrough Mandale AC hosted their annual Charles Stuart Open, an event held in memory of a long serving coach from the club.
DHAC had four athletes competing on the day as well as three of our officials supporting the event. Brian Thompson, Brian Burdon and Trevor McDermot were all on officiating duty with Lily Thompson, Sophie Bannister, Lottie Graves and Tomos Cowell representing the club on the track (and field).

The next event on the Track & Field calendar is the NECAA Championships on 13th and 14th May where DHAC has an excellent 43 athletes competing in 89 events across the weekend. The following weekend, the Senior Team get their league season underway at Morpeth on 20th and our Junior Team have their second league match at Whitley Bay on 21st.
