We had a big turn out on tonight’s Blaydon race, a 5.67mile race which takes place on the 9th of June each year. The Blaydon Race is an athletic race from Newcastle upon Tyne to Blaydon, following the famous 1862 Geordie folk song. Phil Teece was first of the group to finish in 32 minutes dead ahead of Paul Cook in 34.09. Harrier results are listed below.
