Sunday saw the annual Big 10, Miler, an event which sees competitors run one giant loop starting from Kirkley Hall, Ponteland. It’s an interesting course which includes some climbs and some faster down section making this a good course to run.
Dave Smith was our only runner on the day finishing 121st in 1:21:05 from 281 competitors on the day. Great work Dave!
