Richard Bowes was the lone Harrier at the latest Harrier league XC race at Herrington park, Sunderland. Richard who thought best to do a parkrun as a warm up in Newcastle beforehand finished 429th in a large field in 56:57.
Well done Richard, good to see Darlington Harriers being represented in the league which sits outside the NYSD.
