Sadly this year’s McTaggart Trot had to be cancelled due to black ice around the course which made it impossible for the race to go ahead for health and safety reasons. The organisers wanted to say thank you to everyone who have donated their run fee for this amazing charity, only one refund request was received so the charity still benefits despite the run not being able to go ahead. Hopefully this one can be back on next year as it’s a much loved event which has taken place for 16 years now.
