Val Clarke and daughter Rosie were in action last weekend at a Sri Chinmoy 10k, Grizzly Bear 10k in a cold Battersea Park. This flat and traffic free course consists of loops around the park making it ideal for pacing.
Rosie finished 6th U50 in 43:11 and 79th overall with Val 2nd V50 44:02 and 87th from the 187 runners.
To warm their spirits, both Rosie and Val achieved a PB on the day.
