Four days after our club 10km at Croft Circuit, Paul Cook and Stephen Dauber were in action at the off road Hamsterley Forest 10km race, a race which is tough right from the off as a tough climb hits the runners within the first km of the race.
On the day Paul finished 10th in 40.41 with Stephen 340th in 75.36 from a field of 360 competitors. Full results can be found here
