Louise Kavanagh and Penny Ivison headed to Swainby on Sunday to take on the 7 mile ‘Swainby Sweep’ a run that starts and finishes at Swainby Village Hall. There is a 16 mile option for anyone crazy enough! On a very undulating route Lou finished the course in 81st place in 1:36:56 with Penny 83rd in 1:37:25.
