We had three of our Harriers at the midweek 5km race at Redcar, a flat and fast course which sees competitors complete two loops. Paul Cook was first of three to finish in a time of 18.15 for 21st place, Sue Phillips next in 44th place in 20.02 with husband Martin 59th in 21.25.
