The club saw a good turnout of runners at the popular Marina 5 Mile race in Hartlepool. This is as out and back of a race as it comes with a 2.5mile out along the coast after a short run through a new housing estate, round a cone and back. Weather dependent this can be a very quick course or a very windy one!
On the day it was Kyle Cook who was first home for the club in 29minutes dead with father Paul Cook only 3 seconds behind, not bad for someone 20 years his senior!
