This Sunday saw Seven Harriers head to Washington to take on the annual Trail 10k. Washington Trail 10k winds its way around the wonderful James Steel Park and picks its way around woodland trails along the banks of the River Wear. With birds from the Washington Wildfowl Wetland Centre and the resident otter family around Cox green this is quite a fun and scenic event for the runners.
Some great performances on the day including Barry Bell who not only finished 28th but made sure all the other Harriers got home! Well done all of you.
