TonyWinward was again in midweek action,this time at the Sunshine 5km race. This fun run which takes place on Newcastle Quayside with an aim to raise £50,000 for disabled children so an event worth getting involved in.
Tony continued his impressive form to finish 4th in a new personal best of 17:15. Brilliant achievement Tony, well done!
