Sunday saw three of our Harriers at the PlusNet Yorkshire 10mile race, a race which shares part of the course that the marathon runners use for their event and is fairly flat apart from the final hill in the last kilometre of the race, the same bank which gives runners a nice fast start.
Paul Cook was first for the club finishing in 10th position in 60.26 (showing as unaffiliated on the results) and 3rd V40 ahead of training partner Simon Rogers in 62.39 also 3rd V45 with Sue Phillips 2nd lady and 1st F50 in 67.04
