Last weekend a large number of Harriers headed to Liverpool to take on one of the races on the day, running around the home of the Beatles with lots of music supporting runners around the course.
With most club members opting out of the 5k Saturday run, legs were fresh for what turned out to be another hot one! Some personal bests on the day which is a fantastic achievement considering the conditions, no doubt a few blisters along the way
