Three of our athletes made the long trip to Blackburn to race the Ribble Valley 10km event, an event which is described as a classic traffic free course and also the North of England 10k Championships.
On the day the race was actually won by local runner Marc Scott in an incredible 28:32 but our three athletes also ran some great times, starting with Paul Allan finishing 77th overall in an impressive 32:59, ahead of John Clifford in 122nd in 34:43 and 3rd in his age category, with Simon Rogers 214th in a solid 37:35.
Well done gentleman, three great runs in a very tough field.
