Cowpen Bewley was once again the location for the Gavin Duffy Memorial run. This race, which forms part of the Stockton Winter 5km trail series is in remembrance for former Billingham Marsh House Harrier who died in tragic circumstances while on holiday shortly after London marathon a few years back.
Gavin’s sister Lyndsay and brother Luke, too talented runners in their own right are still competing on the race circuit today.
