In the 200m Pauline finished in 44.1 for 2nd F55 while sprint specialist Steve Bousfield finished 3rd V45 in a speedy 27.2. Pauline was back in action in the 400m finishing 2nd F55 in 94.5 while Sarah was 1st F35 in the 100m Hurdles in 18.8 seconds.
Sue Phillips showed her class in the 1500m finishing 1st F55 in 2:57.0 breaking the Championship record while multi eventer Pauline finished 6th V55 in 3:40. Sue made it a double gold as she finished 1st in 12:21.3 in the 3000m. Sarah Johnson, who like Pauline competed in a number of events threw 7m 93 in the shot put for 1st and 21.78 in the javelin which was good enough for 2nd place to make it a very successful day for our athletes.
Higher claim athletes Hayley Richardson (top photo far left) and Francis Barlow both won their age group in both the 100 and 200m events.
Well done all of you.
