On Monday night at Chester-le-Street, we had five Harriers on display at the BMC 1500m events.
Ben Lambert finished 8th in a tough field, with an excellent 4:12.08 and a new personal best.
India Pentland also set a new PB, finishing 4th, in a time of 4:43.61.
Liam Brittle won his heat in a superb 4:44.15, another PB, with Emma Hart finishing 9th in 5:02.42.
Ellie Phillips was another Harrier to excel on the night, taking 2nd place in 4:59.76 for yet another PB.
Excellent performances by all of our athletes on the night. Well done!
