Lewis Moses was in action this Saturday in the 5000m track race in sunny Ireland. This was Lewis’s first race on track this season and he continued his great form blowing the cobwebs away in a new club record of 14:02.88 beating Paul Harker’s record of 14:26 set back in 1980!
