On Sunday morning we had a couple of Harriers running in Central London at the Royal Park’s Half marathon. The stunning 13.1 mile route takes in the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens and a really enjoyable course.
Dave Smith who was runningfor Pancreatic Cancer Action in memory of his father not only smashed his PB by 4 minutes in 1:52:09 but raised over £1000 for the Charity. Your dad would be very proud.
Emma Morley was our other competitor on the day finishing in 1:57:27.
