Yes, the girls were in action again last Wednesday at the North East Throws fest…..andas you can see from the photo they did rather well!
Rosie, still in her first year at Under17, came 1st in the Hammer with an excellent throw of 33.41m, and 2nd in the shot with a new PB of 10.08m
Not to be outdone, Lily came 3rd in the Hammer with a new PB of 22.08m, and 1st in the shot with anotherPB of 10.01m
It was a double celebration, as this was also the first time both girls had thrown over 10m in the shot! A fantastic performance from both girls, well done
