On Wednesday night a number of Harriers headed to Redcar for The last race in the series, the 5km on the flat and fast course.

On a night where conditions were ‘ok’ and a tail wind behind runners on the final straight, much to the relief Of everyone, some fantastic Performances from everyone on show Including personal bests for Jeff Miller who has had a fantastic year and Peter Armstrong.
