Paul Cook was in action at the Melmerby 10km race today….but not in his usual Harrier vest. paul is running second claim for Ripon Runners and today he was asked to switch clubs and run for his second claim to try and support the team at the local Ripon race. As the Harriers didn’t have enough members at the event to make a complete team.
Still showing as Darlington in the results Paul finished 16th overall in 36.41 and fourth Ripon points counter, Ben Wilson finishing 39th in 39.39 and Paul Keedy 69th in 43.02 from the 298 runners.
