Sarah Johnson was in action this Saturday at the Northern Masters on a very warm day of Track & Field in Sheffield. Sarah finished 2nd in the 100m hurdles behind Hayley Richardson our higher claim athlete going sub 19 seconds as well as finishing 2nd in the 400m hurdles again behind Hayley but achieving a new personal best of 82.22 and only 0.05 behind Hayley’s winning time.
Fantastic achievement Sarah. Full results have yet to be released so maybe there maybe more medals for Sarah and others on the day
