On a perfect night for running, the Autumn Coast Road 5km had the best conditions seen for quite sometime for the series finale. Some outstanding performances on the night with three club runners in the top 10, Paul Lowe taking 5th, Paul Bass and Shaun Marshall both achieving personal bests as they both went sub 17 for the first time with Garry Collinson smashing 18 minutes for the first time in superb fashion.
Congratulations to Nev Ford, Adam Harker, Graham O’Hara, Stephen Gardner, Sarah Guy and Sarah Addison who all achieved new best times over the distance. Great turn out for the club, well done all.
