Sunday saw the club enter teams into the Northern Road relays at Birkenhead for the first time since 1977, an event which sees runners run laps of 4 or 8km.
Fantastic performances from both our men and women teams,the men qualifying for the nationals by finishing in the top 25. Big thanks to Karl Hume for stepping in for me late in the day due to injury.
