Whilst the majority of Harriers were nursing sore heads after Friday night’s presentation evening, Mark Tallon and Richard Bowes were in action at the latest instalment of the Harrier League.
Mark was first back finishing in 411th place in 51:33 with Richard 437th in 52:50. Well done gentleman, great running
