Saturday was another day to celebrate as our Couch 2 5km group headed to South Park for the mornings parkrun. The group which has been led brilliantly over the last 10 weeks by Michael Watson and supported by Ronnie Read, Jen Harrison and Tony Williams initially, finished the 5km and celebrated showcasing their medals and C25K T-shirts.
