John Clifford celebrated his 48th birthday by joining a number of Harriers at the Summer Coast 5km race. On a fairly decent night for running with only a slight wind to contend with, it was John who led the Harriers home finishing in 11th place in a fast field in 16:47. Tony Winward went with him as he dipped under the 17 minute barrier for the second time in his life.
Louise Talman and Pauline Brown also impressed on the night by finishing 1st in their age categories amongst a host of fantastic performances right through the field.
Well done everyone, another good turnout by the club.
