Greg Rutherford was a double European Champion as well as World and Olympic Champion in the long jump discipline and was one of the three gold medal winners in that mad 45 minute period when London 2012 went crazy (Jess Ennis and Mo Farah being the other two).
Greg’s life could have been so different as he was offered trials at Aston Villa football club at the age of 14.
