Lewis Moses was in 3000m indoor action again this week at the Muller International Grand Prix Glasgow. With ‘Coach for the day’ Mark Tallon, he was clearly going to be in safe hands.
Up against some of the best in the World, the race started in blistering pace and continued to increase as each lap passed. Digging in deep Lewis finished strong crossing the line in another personal best of 7:55:58!! Outstanding running against a World Class Field, well done Lewis….(and Coach Mark).
