Paul Cook and Simon Rogers were in action at this weekends Sunderland Half Marathon in awful conditions, the wind was strong and pools of water gathered around the course. On the day, Simon got away from training partner Paul to finish 18th in 1.21.10 one place and thirty two seconds ahead of Paul who having ran a personal best at London Marathon 7 days prior finished in exactly the same time as the previous year to the second.
