Three of our athletes were in action at the Town Moor Valentines 10km race, an event which is flat and fast but exposed to the elements as it’s an open area with little wind blockers.
Feedback from the runners that the course was long….(shock) Anyway, of our three athletes, Dave Smith was first home in 49:34 ahead of Ian Threadkell who’s training is paying off as he finished in 52:44 ahead of John Cook 55:29.
