Race Results
Our latest Couch 2 5K group made their final step this Saturday at the South Park, parkrun supported by our group leaders and supporting cast. The run itself looked 50/50 to be on after some heavy rain the previous days had left some parts of the course covered in water. Thankfully this cleared and the run went ahead as normal in good running conditions. On the day Naomi Rees was first of the group across the line finishing in 28.04 just ahead of Kieran Wayper in 28.07. Clare Wayper was next home in 34.29 ahead of Abi Curtis who finished in 35.19, Lyndsey Jameson in 36.04 and Matthew Hicken in 40.54. All great achievements, congratulations for completing the course, keep it going!
