Barry Talman, Karl Hume and Emma Morley were racing at the Bridges of the Tyne 5 mile race which takes runners along the quayside and back again.
It was no surprise to see Barry first Harrier come home as he was suited to this type of race the Talman out and back training programme, with Karl within two minutes and followed home by Emma who managed to avoid the cameraman.
Great running guys, hopefully Barry can find his vest for the next race.
