On Sunday afternoon we had some of our Senior’s in action in Gateshead at the Tartan Games. Competing on the day we had Curtis Metcalfe in both the 100m and 200m with Steve Bousfield also on show in the 100m.
We did happen to catch Steve Bousfield warming up pre race. ..hope you have clean underwear on! Results are now in. Well done Curtis, Steve and John.
John Hall was back in action this weekend, but this time at Sheffield’s Hallam University City Athletics Stadium in the 200m. John, pictured here with Steve Peters a 64 year old 12.1 second 100m runner, smashed his previous best by finishing the 200m in 28.62.
