Temple Spa Required after Newsam 10 Miler
On a wet Sunday morning in Leeds, a good turnout stood shivering awaiting the start of the TNT (Temple Newsam Ten), a race which sees competitors undertake an undulating course off road with some testing hills along the way. This year seemed particularly difficult, with a number of wet days leading up to the event
Fireworks at Guy Fawkes

Jade Romps Home First
At tonight’s Roseberry Romp fell race, Jade Hutchinson showed her skills of downhill running and was best in class as she stormed past many runners on her descent. This fell race is a run (or rock climbing!) up Roseberry Topping and then back down again… A short race, but very tough with a steep climb
Everything’s Cool in London
Sunday saw nine of our Harriers head to the big smoke for one of the six Major marathons, London. With weather conditions slightly cooler than 2018 (at least 10 degrees!!) it was a great day to experience the amazing experience of London. Despite his chip timing not working, Paul Cook was first across the line

Another Big Turn Out At Darlington 10k
With the nights rainfall and cool morning temperatures, for once athletes were looking forward to a cool run probably for the first time in several months.
