Glad To Be Back Training Over the last couple of weeks following updated guidelines from England Athletics, the club has started to return to group training. ‘Gordon’s Alive’ In Hamsterley
Sprint Coach Steve ‘Flash’ Gordon was one of four Harriers involved in the Hamsterley Forest 10km race today. The race is an undulating/hilly route on tracks around the forest and for anyone who has never been to the area, these hills are ‘slightly’ bigger than Squirrel hill that’s found at Darlington Parkrun on a Saturday
