Virtual Relays

Event organisers have had to get their thinking caps on over the last few weeks on how to provide a ‘virtual’ version of their particular event, rather than cancelling it altogether.  Basically, competitors would run the event locally, adhering to all the social distancing guidelines required, then submit their results to the organisers for comparison

Harriers out in Force

On Thursday evening 60 Harriers were on show at the NYMAC relays, a 4 person team relay each runner taking on a 1 mile loop around Stewart park Middlesboro. The course takes runners down a small bank which enables runners to get off to a quick start before levelling out until around 400m to go
