At Tuesday’s NYSD meet at Eastbourne we had a number of athletes in action in the 800m, 1 mile, Steeplechase and 200m events. Some great performances on the evening including Sue Phillips who broke the ladies V55 800m record which had stood for 30 years taking this from Emily Lennox (Annie’s sister).Well done Sue and
On Sunday afternoon we had some of our Senior’s in action in Gateshead at the Tartan Games. Competing on the day we had Curtis Metcalfe in both the 100m and 200m with Steve Bousfield also on show in the 100m. We did happen to catch Steve Bousfield warming up pre race. ..hope you have clean

Tonight saw the return of Track and Field to Middlesboro Sports Village where a number of our athletes were competing. Individual results will be available via Power of Ten website, 100m results can be found here
Colin Taylor was one of the Harriers on show tonight at the first NYSD event of the year, taking part in the 1500m race here at Eastbourne. On the evening Colin finished in a time of 4:43.5 for 5th place covering all age groups. Full results can be found here

Friday night saw a huge turn out at the annual clubs presentation evening at Central Hall Dolphin Centre. A fantastic night for the club rewarding many of our athletes for some incredible performances over the season.
