Sarah Holmes showed incredible bravery on Thursday evening at the relays after being on the receiving end of some abuse from mindless kids as she completed her leg. Pitstop 10km

Last Wednesday, 2nd July saw the return of the clubs annual Pitstop events which are held on Croft Circuit. A nice alternative to the regular road races, athletes young and old race around the 2.2mile circuit which is normally associated with motor racing. We had a handful of our Harriers at the York Chocolate Run on Sunday…and we all love chocolate! This run is a bit of fun but things get serious when there’s chocolate at the end of a 5km run. Well done boys and girls….now go and run off those calories!
