Teece rolls back the years

Sunday saw the tenth Helmsley 10K All Terrain Challenge which starts in Carlton Lane and takes runners off-road into forestry and fields before emerging again onto the bottom of Carlton Road and to the finish of the recreation ground. Ladies 2nd claim at XC opener

Harrier ladies had a fantastic opening race to the cross country season at a wet and muddy Acklam. Ellie Phillips put in a superb performance to finish 8th ahead of mum Sue Phillips 11th and Auntie Linda Noble 16th with Pauline Brown and Megan Noble fighting it out for 28th and 29th places.
