Nathan Hemingbrough was our only athlete in action at the weekends Bristol Half Marathon, a race which takes runners out from the city centre and brings runners back in a kind of out and back event. On the day Nathan finished 110th in 83.59. Full results can be found here

We had four athletes at the fast Eat-Sleep-Run 5km course on the paths of Temple Memorial Park in South Shields. The course starts on grass for a 50 metre downhill section and is then ran on paths. This week saw the annual NYMAC relays, the 4 x 1mile event around Stewarts Park in Middlesbrough which is always popular amongst the running clubs. Another excellent night with loads of great performances throughout the club. Full results can be found here
We had a small number of Harriers at the Tri Hard sprint race in Stockton this weekend, a race which sees athletes run 5000m, Bike 2000m then finish off with a 2500m run. Results have yet to be released but will be published here

251 runners took part in the Kilburn Feast 7.2 mile road today. The course is a very challenging undulating journey out of Kilburn to Coxwold, through to Byland Abbey to Oldstead and finally back into the village of Kilburn. The first mile out of Kilburn is flat and fast, very difficult to pace yourself well
