Eat-Sleep-Run

We had four athletes at the fast Eat-Sleep-Run 5km course on the paths of Temple Memorial Park in South Shields. The course starts on grass for a 50 metre downhill section and is then ran on paths. 251 runners took part in the Kilburn Feast 7.2 mile road today.  The course is a very challenging undulating journey out of Kilburn to Coxwold, through to Byland Abbey to Oldstead and finally back into the village of Kilburn.
