Another race to take place on Good Friday were the aforementioned Relays. Darlington Harrier ladies had a strong team entered in Catherine Roberts, Natalie Curgenven and Bernadette Caygill. Last Sunday at Summerhill, Hartlepool we saw the latest NYSD XC race. Well results are now out, our men finishing in an excellent fourth place but our ladies finished top of the pile with some superb performances.

Today saw a small number of Harriers at the Saltwell Fell race a tough 5.6m race. Paul Lowe was 2nd across the line in a speedy 46.07 with Natalie Curgenven taking 1st place in the ladies race finishing 22nd overall in 55.52. 85 ran on the day. Full results can be found here

City of Durham Duathlon is an event based at Meadowfield sports centre, Durham. It consists of a 5km off road run, 25km road cycle and ending with another 5km off road run. Natalie Curgenven and Darren Gee were both involved in the event, full results here to see how they got on. Well done both.
Natalie Curgenven was our sole Harrier at the Boxing day EHH 10km run, a flat and fast event but on a cold winters morning. On the day super Nat finished 39th in 41.18 and 2nd lady on the day running alongside boyfriend Paul Clucas. Full results can be found here
