Last week we had only Michael Bloor on show at the NYSD at Middlesboro. Michael who is a sprint specialist finished in 2nd place in a speedy 11.83 seconds just outside his personal best of 11.58.As you can see from this photo, he certainly wasn’t holding back!Well done Michael

Back on Home Soil

Colin Taylor was one of the Harriers on show tonight at the first NYSD event of the year, taking part in the 1500m race here at Eastbourne. On the evening Colin finished in a time of 4:43.5 for 5th place covering all age groups. Full results can be found here
