Saturday saw the return of the Hetton Lions 2.2mile relay event, an event which has women in teams of four and men teams of six completing the undulating route before passing the baton to their team mate. We had a huge turnout at the clubs home race, the pitstop 10km which takes place at Croft race circuit and sees competitors undertake 3 laps of the race.
