On Thursday evening 60 Harriers were on show at the NYMAC relays, a 4 person team relay each runner taking on a 1 mile loop around Stewart park Middlesboro. The course takes runners down a small bank which enables runners to get off to a quick start before levelling out until around 400m to go
As reported last week, on new years eve we had runners competing at the Jolly Holly Jog in Ripon. Results are now in., Susie Stephen taking top honours on the day finishing 28th overall and 3rd lady. (2nd F30). Val Clarke and Shirley Gibson also taking 1st place in their age categories. Well done all
A number of Harriers headed to Ripon to take part in the seasonal Jolly Holly Jog 10k, a testing mixed terrain race scenic route which takes runners through Studley Royal deer park. Unfortunately results have yet to be released so more on this race next week.
On Christmas Eve a number of Harries headed to Ropner Park to take on the What a Wheeze 5km fun run. This is the 3rd year of this event which takes in three laps of the park which is mainly flat and fast. Well done all those who took part.
