The Yorkshire Coast 10k is an out and back race along the seafront at Scarborough. The course is virtually flat with only 10 metres of elevation throughout the whole 10k. The event attracted 1561 runners on the day with John finishing in 44.19 in 173rd place. Full results can be found here

Last weekend we covered briefly the Wynard Woodland 5k trail race which takes runners round the scenic trails of the beautiful surroundings of Wynyard Woodland Park.
